1) Open the google play store and search for "Outlook", once found download the app and accept the permissions.

2) Open the Outlook app and use your E-mail and password to log in

3) Open the outlook settings and make sure notifications and automatic refresh are on, set the refresh speed to 30 mins and select            done.

4) Congratulations! 

APPLE

1) Open the Apple appstore and search for "Outlook", once found install the app.

2) Open the Outlook app and use your E-mail and password to log in

3) Open the Iphone settings and select the mail tab, make sure notifications and automatic refresh are on, set the refresh speed to 10 mins and select Done

4) Congratulations!
